Zhu Xinqiang, professor, doctoral tutor. Director of Department of Toxicology, School of Public Health, Zhejiang University, Deputy Director of Institute of Nutrition and Food Safety, Zhejiang University, Deputy Director of Teratogenic Committee of China Environmental Mutagen Society, Member of the Standing Committee of the Toxicological Branch of Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, Chinese Society of Toxicology Member of the Standing Committee of the Nano Toxicology Committee, Director of the Toxicology Committee of the Zhejiang Preventive Medicine Association, Deputy Director of the Food Hygiene Professional Committee, and Supervisor of the Zhejiang Toxicology Society.

Main research directions:

Reproductive endocrine toxicology, nanotoxicology, biological effects of phytochemicals and molecular mechanisms, etc., currently mainly study the mechanism of action caused by environmental metabolic interferences, dietary restriction and caloric restriction and its mimics promote health and delay aging mechanism.

Academic Achievements:

He has been engaged in the teaching and research of toxicology and nutrition and food hygiene for a long time. He has taught more than 30 graduate students, and is responsible for 6 national natural science fund projects, a number of provincial and ministerial projects, and published more than 160 academic papers. He has written "Toxicology Foundation". Nearly 20 textbooks and monographs such as "Molecular Toxicology" and "Nutrient Genomics".
