Introduction: Mr. Chen obtained the bachelor’s degree and master’sdegree (DiagnosticRadiology) in Department of Medicine, Nanjing Railway Medical College in July 1984and July 1987 respectively; in February 2007,Mr. Chen graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Catholic University of Louvainas a student majoring in Medical Imaging and obtained the doctoral (PhD)degree; promoted to chief physician in November 2001, he has 31 years ofexperience in clinical, teaching and research work of radiology at ZhongdaHospital Southeast University, the Hospital Affiliated to Faculty of Medicine, CatholicUniversity of Louvain and the First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University.

Academics andachievements: Mr. Chenmainly engages in imaging diagnosis of abdominal diseases and its clinicalapplication research and has undertaken 1 EU Asia link project, 1 project of EuropeanSociety of Radiology, 1 sub-project of national key R&D program, 2 projectsof National Natural Science Foundation of China and 1 major project of the CollaborativeFoundation of Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation-Zhejiang Societyfor Mathematical Medicine. He has published more than 80 papers in SCI andpublished 12 papers in Radiology, theTOP journal in radiology, including 3 papers of which he is the first author (1paper with the editorial recommendation of the editorial office).
