The procedure for visiting patients with commercial insurance card is as follows:

1、Reservation

Please call 0579-89935635 or make an appointment on WeChat

2、Visiting

Please bring your ID card or passport or insurance card and arrive in the third floor West Outpatient Unit 9

3、 Nurse Station( The Third Floor West Outpatient 9)

Fill out the claim form and provide your ID and passport, insurance card or medical card

4、Clinic visit

Visiting the doctor

5、Accounting

Hold the medical card and insurance card to the Registration Window

6、Inspection

Complete the examinations according to the guide sheets

7、Return visit

Complete all examinations, come back to the doctor 

8、Ending

You can leave the hospital after completing all the treatment procedures.
